What can you expect?
It is an informal online gathering rather than a talk or training. In the group meeting, the facilitator helps the participants to make attempts to do self-reflection to expand awareness of their resources, strengths,s and best hopes about their desired future.

· Dr. Jaseem Koorankot is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and an internationally acclaimed Solution Focused Facilitator, currently working as an assistant professor of clinical psychology at the Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (IMHANS), Calicut, India.
· Chinmayee Aphale is a Psychologist and Community Mental Health Practitioner based in Pune. She is currently working as a Counsellor for an Employee Assistance Program and an associate therapist at an online platform.
