Training Hours: 18 hours (2 hours per day; 9 days)
📍Recognize the difference between problem-solving and solution-building therapeutic interventions.
📍Practice solution-focused techniques such as the resource activation question, scaling, exception finding, goal formulation, and identifying SFBT turning points.
📍Participants will learn how to use the solution-focused approach in a mental health setting through case studies, discussion, practical exercises, role-plays, and live demonstrations of therapeutic skills.
